生物标志物对肠源性脓毒症病情预测的研究进展

摘要


肠源性脓毒症是脓毒症的重要组成部分,其发病率及死亡率居高不下,给人们造成严重的经济负担,同时也降低人们的生活质量。目前对于肠源性脓毒症的诊断缺乏普遍接受的临床标准,只是将肠道感染作为脓毒症的一种重要来源,由此对于肠源性脓毒症的早期预警缺乏认识。理想的生物标志物在这方面有着超过其本身价值的作用。α 抑制蛋白、CD64、Presepsin、肝素结合蛋白、DLL1 等新型标志物被证明与脓毒症病情关系密切,对于肠源性脓毒症患者病情的早期预测十分重要,对于指导其治疗发挥着重要的价值。
