高等教育质量观:应然与实然

摘要


自上世纪 80 年代高等教育质量概念由工商业引入开始,关于质量的定义就引起了学者们广泛的关注。经由早期对高等教育质量定义的探索,在对 Harvey 和 Green 的五类经典质量定义进行批判和发展的基础上,高等教育领域出现了新的高等教育质量观:作为文化、政治和伦理的质量。然而,有研究表明,学者、学生与管理者有着不同的质量观,质量的应然定义与实然执行之间存在着“执行差距”。要真正提升高等教育质量,必须正视质量的正式定义与情境定义之间的差异。
