体育教育专业本科生《体育营养学基础》课程改革促进体教融合的教学探索

摘要


体育营养学是营养学在体育实践活动中的应用。体育营养学基础课程教学应充分考虑体育教育专业本科学生的需求，顺应国家重视体育教育、提倡体教融合的要求，以保障青少年合理饮食、身心健康。本文以首都体育学院为例，在体育教育专业本科生开设《体育营养学基础》课程的必要性、课程设置、教学内容、教学形式与适应体教融合要求等方面进行了探讨。
