基于随机森林的严重多发伤后应激性溃疡影响因素分析

摘要


目的：使用随机森林算法分析严重多发伤后应激性溃疡的影响因素。方法：回顾性收集 2021 年 1 月—2023 年 1 月衡阳市某三甲医院重症监护病房且符合纳排标准的 494 例多发伤患者，运用随机森林构建严重多发伤后应激性溃疡预测模型并分析其影响因素。结果：随机森林模型显示留置胃管 / 鼻肠管天数、机械通气天数、GCS 评分、APACHE Ⅱ评分 / 修正创伤评分、肠内营养天数、PT（凝血酶原时间）、禁食天数、乳酸，是患者发生应激性溃疡的前八位影响因素。结论：随机森林预测模型性能较好，可为临床预防措施的制定提供依据。
