间歇性禁食与 2 型糖尿病的研究进展

摘要


中国 2 型糖尿病的患病率逐年上升，寻找并更新糖尿病的管理策略一直是糖尿病治疗的长期目标。美国糖尿病学会和欧洲糖尿病研究协会鼓励 2 型糖尿病患者进行恰当的生活管理，其中就包括进行合理的饮食管理。间歇性禁食是一种在特定时间段内限制能量摄入的饮食方式，近年来研究发现间歇性禁食可降低体重，改变胰岛素敏感性及降低血脂，从而有效地预防和治疗 2 型糖尿病，其作用机制包括：代谢转化、肠道微生物群的改变、脂肪组织重塑、昼夜节律改善和自噬增加。基于以上作用，间歇性禁食有望成为治疗 2 型糖尿病的一种新的饮食疗法。
