1 例主动脉内球囊反搏治疗新冠病毒相关心肌炎患者的护理

摘要


对 1 例主动脉内球囊反搏治疗新冠病毒相关心肌炎患者的护理经验进行总结，心肌炎在急性期病死率较高，护士应掌握主动脉内球囊反搏治疗相关理论知识和技术，了解仪器的性能、异常情况、参数意义，严密监测并记录病情变化，熟练管道的护理及导管相关感染的预防及出血、溶血等并发症的处理，经综合治疗，患者成功出院。
