癌症相关静脉血栓病生机制与危险因素的研究进展

摘要


静脉血栓栓塞症（VTE）是癌症患者常见的并发症。与一般人群或未患癌症的患者相比，癌症患者静脉血栓形成的风险增加了 4~7 倍。值得注意的是，VTE 是作为癌症中第二普遍的死因仅次于疾病的进展。然而，癌症相关静脉血栓在病理生理机制、危险因素等方面都表现出了与其他 VTE 区分开来的几个特点，论文将对这些不同的病理生理机制及危险因素进行论述。
