低位前切除综合征对生活质量影响及治疗现状分析

摘要


直肠癌是最常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤之一，手术是治疗直肠癌的主要手段，低位直肠癌前切除术已成为中低位直肠癌的主要治疗方式，但一部分患者术后出现了大便急迫、大便失禁等肠道功能障碍症状，对患者术后生活质量产生了很大的影响，临床上将这些症状称为低位前切除综合征。论文就低位前切除综合征对生活质量的影响及其治疗现状进行综述，旨在为临床治疗该病提供参考。
