MTA2 与妇科恶性肿瘤的关系及研究进展

摘要


MTA2 是近些年来广受关注的肿瘤相关因子，参与多种恶性肿瘤的发生、发展过程。MTA2 在多种恶性肿瘤中的作用机制是目前学者们的研究热点，希望可以以 MTA2 为靶点通过其分子作用机制研究出恶性肿瘤新的治疗药物及措施。目前MTA2 与妇科恶性肿瘤的相关性研究虽尚少，但均已证明其与妇科恶性肿瘤的产生及进展密切相关，因此对 MTA2 与宫颈癌、卵巢癌、子宫内膜癌的关系进行阐述，明确其在妇科恶性肿瘤的作用，从而为未来研究提供方向。
