MVD 治疗三叉神经痛疗效影响因素的研究进展

摘要


三叉神经痛(TN)是以面部尖锐性疼痛为特征的常见神经外科功能性疾病,此类神经性疼痛往往令人难以忍受。MVD 治疗 TN 疗效确切,但部分患者术后仍存在疼痛复发的情况,这对患者的身心均是沉重的打击。众多因素对 MVD 术后疗效存在影响,针对这些影响因素的研究,有助于提高 MVD 预后。
