食品市场的食品安全是公共卫生的重点领域之一。本综述旨在确定与食品市场中的食品安全问题相关的常见公共卫生风险。确定与食品市场食品安全相关的七种常见公共卫生风险。食品市场增加了健康风险的国际化，有效的国家食品控制系统对于保护公众的健康和安全至关重要。各国需确保国际贸易食品的安全和质量，并确保进口食品符合国家要求。
