早期生物学标志物在急性肾损伤中的研究进展

摘要


在医院和社区中,急性肾损伤(AKI)是一种常见且日益频繁的疾病,其可直接导致终末期肾病(ESRD),并增加患慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)和基础 CKD 恶化的风险,且 AKI 可导致不良事件、产生高成本。早期预测 AKI 并及时干预成为改善患者预后的关键。目前缺乏特异性诊断方式,临床上常用血清肌酐(Scr)和尿量来对 AKI 进行诊断和分级,但两者存在滞后性。近年来,早期检测 AKI 的一个主要进展是实施新的可靠生物学标记物,论文对临床上几种研究较热门的生物学标志物进行综述。
