1型糖尿病发病机制及诊疗新进展

摘要


糖尿病是威胁成人和儿童健康的重要疾病,目前发病率在全球呈上升增长趋势。由于中国人口基数庞大,患病人数也远超其他国家,其中 1 型糖尿病的患病数量也在逐年增长。论文从流行分布、发病机制、治疗方法三方面对 1 型糖尿病进行简述。
