关于胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)的研究进展

摘要


由于重组人胰岛素样生长因子 -1(rhIGF-1)及牛初乳短链胰岛素样生长因子 -1(Bc-tIGF-1)的研制成功,促进了对 IGF-1 临床治疗作用的开发。IGF-1 是人体血液和组织液中广泛存在的具有促进生长作用的物质,它是人体内肝细胞、肾细胞、脾细胞等十几种细胞自分泌和旁分泌的产物,在人体内,IGF-1 通过 IGF-1 受体介导发挥其类胰岛素样促物质代谢作用。但是IGF-1 促进细胞分裂作用是一把双刃剑,一方面该作用可以保护受损组织,促进修复,另一方面则是增加了机体肿瘤发生的易感性。近来研究表明其与心血管系统、多脏器肿瘤、骨骼肌肉系统、神经精神疾病等均具有较强相关性,论文通过回顾近年来国际上对 IGF-1 的研究,概述了关于 IGF-1 的最新进展,有助于更好地认识和了解该因子与临床部分常见疾病的相关性。
