Hsp27在冠状动脉性心脏病中的相关研究进展

摘要


热休克蛋白 27(Hsp27)是小分子热休克蛋白家族中的一员,既可调控冠状动脉粥样硬化凋亡与自噬、又是经典的炎症调节因子,此外在调节脂质代谢方面亦发挥重要作用,目前研究提示其具有抗动脉粥样硬化效能,对心脏具有保护作用,论文重点概述 Hsp27 通过多种途径维持斑块稳定性及药物实验相关内容。
