淋巴细胞亚群水平变化与脓毒症的相关性研究

摘要


脓毒症是感染引起的全身炎症反应综合征,虽医疗技术不断进展,仍旧严重威胁儿童健康。早期脓毒症阶段,及时和充分地识别患者的风险仍存在巨大挑战。目前淋巴细胞亚群检测在儿童脓毒症中应用仍有限。本课题通过研究淋巴细胞亚群水平变化与炎症因子及免疫球蛋白水平之间的相关性来评估脓毒症患者病情严重程度。
