可切除胰腺癌新辅助治疗的研究现状及展望

摘要


目前，多数研究均提示新辅助治疗可提高肿瘤的根治性切除率并改善生存。多项大样本回顾性临床研究已凸显新辅助治疗的价值，各权威指南也越来越重视新辅助治疗在可切除胰腺癌中的作用，美国国家综合癌症网络（National Comprehensive Cancer Net- work，NCCN）指南将胰腺癌分类为可切除、交界可切除、局部进展、转移性胰腺癌。目前人们对新辅助治疗能改善部分胰腺癌患者（如交界可切除以及局部进展期胰腺癌患者）的预后已初步达成共识，但新辅助治疗在可切除胰腺癌中的应用价值仍存在争议，其方案选择、治疗周期需要进一步的研究。
