长链非编码 ＲＮＡ 在消化系统肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要


随着癌症发病率的升高,导致全球每年死于癌症人数迅速增长。长 链 非 编 码 RNA(long noncoding RNA, lncRNA) 因其在生物学过程中影响肿瘤细胞的增殖、迁移、侵袭、凋亡、耐药、血管形成等而成为癌症 研 究 的 热 门 领 域。如 其 在 DNA 甲基化、基因印迹、组蛋白修饰以及染色质重构等方面具有重要调控作用,本文就lncRNA 与部分消化系统肿瘤的研究进展予 以综述。
