老年桡骨远端骨折行手术与保守的治疗比较

摘要


目的:评估保守治疗与手术治疗对老年桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法:对 2015 年 5 月至 2019 年 12 月我院收治的 100 例老年桡骨远端骨折患者,进行回顾性分析,按照 不同治疗方法将患者分为手术组(n=46)和非手术组(n=54)。手术组患者通过手法复位、夹 板(或石膏)固定、内服中成药及抗骨质疏松等综合疗法治疗;非手术组中,50 例切开复位钢 板内固定,4 例行外支架固定。分别观察腕关节功能、疼痛评分、影像学指标,比较两组的治 疗效果。结果:优 64 例(手术组 38 例,保守组 26 例),良 25 例(手术组 10 例,保守组 15 例),可 7 例(手术组 3 例,保守组 4 例),差 4 例(手术组 1 例,保守组 3 例)。结论:采用手法 复位、夹板(石膏)固定是治疗桡骨远端骨折行之有效的方法,损伤小,方法简单,保留良好 的腕关节功能与手术治疗相当。
