帕金森病合并体位性低血压患者危险因素的研究

摘要


目的：对青海地区帕金森病患者进行横断面调查，通过卧立位血压测量和一般资料收集，分析帕金森病合并体位性低血压的影响因素。方法：选取自 2017 年 2 月至 2017 年9 月在青海某三甲医院就诊的帕金森病患者 150 例，进行两次卧立位血压测量后进行基线资料调查，应用 Logistic 逐步回归分析帕金森病合并体位性低血压的影响因素。结果：经过卧立位血压测量，检测出 OH 患者 47 例，患病率为 31.5%。单因素分析结果显示个人因素、年龄、身高、腹围、合并症、症状、文化程度具有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论：年龄偏大、腹围偏小、身高偏高、有体位不耐受症状以及合并有高血压的帕金森病患者更容易患有体位性低血压。
