论文通过介绍几内亚资源禀赋、能源结构和经济发展情况，研究几内亚电力系统现状、电源和电网的建设情况，预测公共部门、矿业部门和周边国家的电力需求，分析电力市场机遇和风险,以期为中国企业“走出去”提供对策建议。
