渗碳齿轮钢AlN固溶行为的研究

摘要


阐述了通过铝氮细化晶粒的渗碳齿轮钢,在材料整个加工链中 AlN 溶解行为。通过较系统研究,定量性掌握了AlN 溶解析出的一般规律,并发现了在某些加工阶段 AlN 溶解的特殊行为。相应研究成果应用于该系列齿轮或齿轴钢的实际生产后获得较好的效果,与齿轮加工企业联合全程控制,可提高该系列钢在渗碳温度,降低渗碳时间,有利于降低碳排放,助力于“双碳”目标的早日实现。
