The strategy and financial analysis of Luckin Coffee

Abstract


Luckin breaks through the traditional mode and creates the miracle of the new retail mode of coffee.We analyze this new retail mode from different aspects: Luckin爷s operating strategy, competitor, SWOT analysis and so on, and we also give some suggestions that can help Luckin deal with some potential problems and seize the opportunity.
